Located just off the A3075 in the hamlet of Perranzabulow these properties are ideally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall. Visit some of the local attractions such as Perranporth s golden beach and golf course or Newquay with its Zoo and Water World. Truro is also within a 20 minute drive where you can visit the cathedral and shop until you drop. If that is all too much the properties provide a great relaxing retreat. When entering the property you will be welcomed in to the open-plan lounge kitchen and dining area. With exposed stone walls the property has a traditional yet comforting feel. The lounge has a comfy sofa where you can watch TV whilst keeping warm next to the woodburner effect electric fire. The dining area sits 4 and is perfect for those family meals together. The kitchen area is compact but well-presented and has a cooker microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment. Off the lounge you will find the first bedroom which has a double bedroom. There is also a second bedroom which has a twin bed. The bathroom which has a bath with a shower over washing machine and WC. Outside you will find a private lawn with seating which is perfect for your morning coffee. You won t need to worry about parking as there is an allocated off road parking space for one car.
