This lovely cottage which has been furnished with comfort in mind is one of two which are situated in a peaceful Devon village. From the cottage are spectacular countryside views and easy access to the beautiful coastline and rugged Exmoor where there are endless walks for you to enjoy. If you re a beach lover you will delight in the choices that are available to you from The Granary with the wide sandy beaches of Westward Ho! being within a short distance. There are a range of National Trust properties and gardens nearby as well as RHS Rosemoor gardens The Milky Way The Big Sheep and Dartington Crystal. If you have an adventurous side there are many companies in the area which provide pursuit services. This first-floor single-storey cottage which is accessed via an external staircase offers two bedrooms - one double which looks out over the neighbours farm where cattle are sometimes house and one bunk bedroom. There is a shower room with a WC and the lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD with Freeview. The fully fitted kitchen provides everything you could need to cook up a dinner at home if you would rather not go out and has an electric cooker microwave and fridge. The accommodation also offers a large game room which has badminton table tennis swing ball footballs and trike in a large recreation barn. Outside there is a small private lawn with garden furniture and guests are welcome to explore the farmland and the 1.5 acres of landscaped garden which has swings a pet paddock with chickens and guinea pigs and leads onto a field where there is access to a private lake. There is ample parking available. Need to know: 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bunk. 1 shower room with WC. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. TV/DVD in lounge. Games room with badminton, table tennis, swing ball, football and trikes. Access to explore open farmland. 1 small dog welcome. Wi Fi included. Regret no washing machine.
