A PRETTY DETACHED COTTAGE 2 MILES FROM THE CATHEDRAL CITY OF TRURO This delightful detached cottage is approached via a long private unmade track and is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with popular beaches being a short drive away. Truro itself offers pubs shops theatre cinema and restaurants. Other attractions close by include The Eden Project Newquay Sealife Centre Flambards Theme Park and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the lovely mature garden or a glass of wine in the quaint summerhouse. The traditional cottage has many original features such as low beamed ceilings and doorways. THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single.

downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs free). Dining room: spacious room with window seat overlooking the garden. Kitchen: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility: external room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden.

ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels and electric included. Central heating extra 25 per week or 4 per day. 1 dog welcome 2 by arrangement. Regret no smoking in the cottage. Location: beach 7 miles pub and shop 2 miles.
