A short drive with panoramic views that will greet your arrival to Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic. This resort has become the UK s lifestyle hotspot and a true mecca for surfing fans. The famous five beaches are at the heart of this town Great Western Tolcarne Towan Lusty Glaze and of course Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place for one to relax and unwind in one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of quality restaurants golf courses karting Newquay Zoo Pirates Quest the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. On entering the property you will be greeted by the large and welcoming lounge with woodburner and TV. A perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and enjoy a film. Leading from the lounge is a bright dining area where you can all sit and reminisce over the days activities whilst enjoying your dinner. Just off from the lounge/diner can be found the kitchen with all the appliances one would wish for holiday home cooking. Comprising of electric oven and gas hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and microwave. On the ground floor can also be found a wet room with shower and WC. The stairs from the lounge area lead to the master suite a double bedroom with an additional single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower over bath and WC which is interlinking (can be locked to offer privacy) to a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Stairs lead down from the twin bedroom to the main entrance to create a perfect little bolthole to provide space if required from the remainder of the party. Heading outside an enclosed gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Roadside parking available for three cars.
