Conveniently located with easy access to Camber Sands beach a popular destination due to its wide expanse of sandy beach unusual for the area. The beach has much to offer including water sports such as kite surfing and paddle boarding as well as a traditional bucket and spade family holiday. Within a 5 mile drive is an altogether very different seaside location the shingle beach at Dungeness. Famous for its wild beauty and dramatic skies Dungeness is not just popular with wildlife enthusiasts but also with photographers and artists. The front door of this bright and airy property opens into a hallway with space for dropping off coats and boots and a downstairs WC. To the left of the hall is an open-plan lounge/diner with an extending dining table which comfortably seats six people for evening meals. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas chairs TV/DVD and a selection of books DVDs children s and family games. A sliding door leads out into a wonderful light and bright conservatory with rattan furniture. Relax here over a morning cup of coffee and plan the day s adventures whilst gazing out over the delightful fully enclosed beach-style garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave coffee machine dishwasher and washing machine. There is a rustic wooden table with bench and chairs which can seat six people and is ideal for informal meals. The downstairs bathroom has shower over bath and WC. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor where there are two king-size bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. On this floor there is also a shower room with shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from a contemporary styled rear garden which has a patio area with garden furniture as well as a BBQ. The patio gives way to a delightful shingled area with grasses and it s own decking boardwalk giving a real seaside feel to the outside area. To the front of the property there is enclosed and off-road parking for three cars. A side gate gives access to the back door and rear garden and there is an outside tap for washing off sandy feet.
