The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are other attractions to suit all tastes numerous National Trust properties and gardens and wonderful Devon villages. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food.
