On the outskirts of popular Appledore you will be a fifteen minute stroll from the quayside which is steeped in nautical history. Enjoy fishing trips numerous pubs restaurants galleries and the Maritime Museum or take a boat ride across to Instow. Westward Ho! is a popular seaside resort less than a mile away and has two miles of long sandy beach. It also gives you access to the National Trust cliff-tops for walkers. The market town of Bideford is a ten minute drive away and where you can catch the MS Oldenburg for a day trip to Lundy Island. Amongst many other delights in North Devon are The Big Sheep Tapeley Park Arlington Court and The Milky Way Adventure Park. On entering this property you will find yourself in the bright and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With fabulous views ample seating TV with full SKY package and DVD plus an iPod docking station and Sonos sound system the spacious and welcoming lounge is a fantastic place to relax. The master suite which is accessed via two steps has a king bed large walk-in wardrobe views over the bay and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is one further king room with en-suite shower room and WC one double room and two twin rooms one of which is accessed via a small step. You will also find a bathroom complete with shower and WC and a shower room with WC. Heading outside you can relax at the end of an enjoyable day in the large enclosed tiered garden which has a beautifully furnished patio area making it ideal for dining al fresco.
