This very popular villa is set in extensive grounds in a residential area just 2.5 km from the beach at Fuengirola and 5 km from Mijas with a variety of shops and small restaurants just 6-7 min walk away so is ideal for anyone who doesn?t want to be too remote or doesn?t like to drive in the evenings. An unusually designed house with lots of character Barranco la Jarana is very spacious and comfortable with a pretty lawned garden vine covered terrace with BBQ and lots of space for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A few steps lead up from the lawns to the private swimming pool (7m x 5m depth 1.3m to 1.6m with steps) and sun terraces. Two storeys. Shaded dining terrace leads into a kitchen with hob/oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Dining room. 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom on ground floor. Upstairs is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with separate shower) and lounge with UK satellite TV CD and video plus doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. Air-conditioning/heating in two bedrooms 100 Euros per week (payable locally on arrival if required). Weekly cleaning and linen change. Saturday changeover.
