Explore the forests and fells by bike climb the majestic Pendle Hill or take a leisurely stroll through the stunning countryside. Enjoy local produce in the market town of Clitheroe or why not enjoy the thousands of square miles of moorland valleys historical sites of interest such a Bolton Abbey Estate which includes the ruins of a 12th century monastery a great day out or why not take a trip on the Settle to Carlisle railway. From craggy cliffs to the labyrinth of underground caves a landscape of immense beauty and character is there for you to discover. Step through the front door into the warm and cosy lounge with a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD the ideal place to unwind and relax on the comfy sofa and enjoy watching one of your favourite films. Venture through to the kitchen/diner which provides an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dining table to enjoy a meal together before heading out to explore. Off the kitchen a door leads to the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. The staircase off the lounge leads to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and a single bedroom both bedrooms have plenty of storage space. Venturing outside you will find a small patio with garden furniture pretty flower borders and a charcoal BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining on warm evenings. The cottage has the further advantage of a garage for one car bike storage and there is a further off-road parking place for one car at the front of the property.
