This beautiful property is situated within the Sovereign Marina complex to the eastern side of Eastbourne. A gated development with a mixture of townhouses and apartments clustered around the bustling harbour this is a really special part of town with a fantastic range of restaurants and bars right on the doorstep of the property as well as a multiplex cinema showing all the latest films. Other places of interest within easy reach of the property include the quiet beach at Pevensey Bay Eastbourne s impressive Redoubt Fortress and the magnificent South Downs National Park including Beachy Head which lies just west of the town and offers some of the south coast s most breath-taking scenery.
