About Low Hauxley Holiday House

Located at the southern edge of the seaside hamlet of Low Hauxley this property is a short walk from popular Amble. With plenty of restaurants bistros ice cream parlours and cafes Amble is perfect for enjoying a restorative meal after a long day of touring. Also within easy reach is Warkworth village home to medieval castle ruins and a range of independent shops galleries and eateries. Set out on foot to explore Low Hauxley Nature Reserve or have a go at the range of water sports available at the Coquet Shorebase Trust Water Sports Centre. Inside the accommodation is bright and spacious with a comforting home-from-home feel throughout. The kitchen/diner is a light and airy room with modern units a large dining table and a patio door to the garden. Elsewhere on the ground floor are two well-presented bedrooms one twin and one super king-size with dressing table and French doors opening onto the patio. The bedrooms share a downstairs shower room. Upstairs the lounge is a fantastic room with wooden flooring comfortable seating TV and patio doors opening onto a sunny balcony with sea views. On the first floor a double bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second double bedroom is accessed via the balcony and features a luxury en-suite bathroom with shower offering an additonal private space for a further two guests at an extra cost. Outside there is a large enclosed patio with table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. There is also a large secure shed for storing bikes diving equipment and wetsuits. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 ground floor twin with zip and link beds, 1 ground floor super king size, 1 first floor en suite double . Additional separate en suite double bedroom available at an additional charge of 250 per week or 150 for a short break. 1 ground floor shower room, 1 bathroom with overhead shower and 1 further bathroom with overhead shower off additional bedroom.
