This property enjoys a fantastically secluded location in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside surrounded by lush rolling hills and verdant fields. Weobley is the nearest village; a pretty settlement with a number of black and white Tudor houses it is part of the area s Black and White Trail a self-guided forty-mile route around some of the region s prettiest towns and villages. For a change of scenery the town of Hereford with its historic cathedral is only a 20-minute drive away whilst other places of interest in the area include Symonds Yat Hay-on-Wye Offa s Dyke and Chepstow. Upon entering this rural property guests will find a handy boot/utility room through which is a shower room. Beyond this the homely lounge is a welcoming space with a warm and cosy atmosphere a wood burner in the stone fireplace a TV and DVD and two comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa bed and can be used to accommodate two extra guests at a cost of 15 per week. The property s dual-aspect kitchen/diner is located next to the lounge and offers a dining table Range oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms one of which can be made up as a twin on request. The bathroom also on the first-floor has a bath with handheld shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from a wonderfully spacious south-facing garden which is mainly set to lawn with a seating area offering two benches and a table and chairs ideal for sitting outside and enjoying the tranquil surroundings and the views over the neighbouring fields. There is off-road parking for two to three cars provided.
