A 19th-century Grade II-listed converted milking barn this luxury property enjoys a secluded location in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside on the western side of the Malvern Hills. Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are a wealth of walking trails nearby to take in the spectacular views while the Cotswolds and the Wye Valley are also within easy reach for outdoors enthusiasts. The charming neighbouring village of Colwall has numerous places to eat and plenty of shops where you can pick up supplies. Ledbury is the nearest large town a historic market town with many old timber-frame buildings while Eastnor Castle five miles away makes for a great day out. This property which adjoins the owners home enjoys two spacious open-plan lounge/diners each with a dining table comfortable seating a TV and a lovely wood burner perfect for those chillier nights.
