Torquay forms part of the English Riviera and is famed for its palm-lined promenade sea front gardens marina and within minutes of the town centre you can discover some of Devon s most beautiful beaches. You will also be perfectly placed to explore the beautiful South Hams boasting an array of picture postcard villages vibrant towns such as the bustling Totnes and a selection of salubrious coastal destinations such as Salcombe and Dartmouth. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth Exeter famed for its stunning cathedral and shopping The Princess Theatre Paignton Zoo Dartmoor National Park Kent s Cavern Dartmouth Steam Railway Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties. Stepping into the delightful property you will immediately find yourself in a light and bright hallway. This firstly leads into the lounge and here cosy sofas sit in front of the TV with You View Nintendo Wii DVD and open fire. The next room is the dining room and this provides the perfect venue for a family meal after a day exploring and is serviced by a separate kitchen which is also well-appointed and offers an electric oven and gas hob microwave Tassimo coffee machine fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washing machine. This then leads through to a conservatory/sun room with seating and which overlooks the garden. A separate WC is also provided on the ground floor. Ascending the stairs and just before you reach the first floor you ll discover the bathroom with French bath separate shower and WC. A step out of the bathroom and continuing to the first floor the rest of the accommodation is made up of the pretty bedrooms and these comprise of a king-size with en-suite shower room with WC a twin and a single bedroom. Venturing outside and to the rear of the property there is a lovely enclosed walled garden with patio area garden furniture BBQ and elevated lawn area. Private off-road parking for one car is provided directly outside. Additional roadside parking is available nearby.
