This property is the perfect family getaway close to the seaside resort of Filey which has a wealth of amenities including shops cafes pubs and restaurants and some glorious sandy beaches. Explore further afield and visit Bridlington and Scarborough or within an hour s drive Whitby and Robin Hood s Bay providing many other seaside attractions. Historic Whitby has beaches and the world-famous North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway and is also famous for its Captain Cook and Dracula connections. Walkers and Cyclists are spoilt for choice with coastal paths and the Wolds Way being easily accessible. Visit the RSPB reserve nearby and the headland with its dramatic chalk cliffs. Enter into the hallway with the original tiled floors uneven with wear in places adding to the ambience of this listed farmhouse follow the hallway to the right and you will find the kitchen with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and dining table in front of the original range and bread oven. Leading off to the left of the hallway is the utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and where you will find games bats and balls.
