Set in magnificent countryside close to the Brecon Beacons full of footpaths cycle routes and bridleways to explore. Enjoy walking cycling fishing horse riding wildlife watching photography arts crafts music and events. A perfect spot to relax or seek adventure in beautiful Mid Wales. As you approach this imposing house no doubt you will stop and admire the stunning views before you open the door. The house has been designed to provide a very comfortable experience with thoughtful little extras such as underfloor heating to enhance your stay. The entrance hall has plenty of space for your boots and coats. To your left is the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and TV. If you decide to eat in the table is perfectly positioned in the kitchen for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together why not open the French doors and let the outside in. The utility room offers more storage space and the washing machine. To your right is the lovely lounge relax on the comfortable sofas light the wood burner for cosy evenings watch the 40 Smart TV or choose a DVD play a board game or Xbox 360 talk the night away or lose yourself in a good book. All the bedrooms have interesting views from the windows to wake up to. On the ground floor is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as 2 6 twin on request). There is also a separate WC. Upstairs are a further three bedrooms to choose from with a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twin on request) a king-size with a TV and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC and the third is a king-size. The light and airy bathroom has a bath separate shower and WC relax in a bubble bath or take an invigorating shower after a day of holiday activities. Surrounded by rolling countryside and wildlife this is the perfect spot to relax unwind and embrace the views. The enclosed garden is mostly laid to lawn with natural hedges and local stone feature. Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio with BBQ table and chairs. There is also an outdoor play area with swings and slide. If you are keen on cycling there is a secure bicycle store with wash down facilities. Gym available by prior arrangement with the owners. There is a private drive with off-road parking for five cars. The owners are on-site though your privacy is assured.
