Situated very near to the harbour front at Brixham this property is perfect for those looking to explore the local area on foot. A short walk will take you to this bustling fishing settlement s charming array of boutique shops cafes restaurants and pubs. For those with sea legs there are boat trips for exploring the coastline from the water or for those who prefer to stay on dry land the coastal path offers magnificent scenery at every step. The front door opens into a large open-plan family kitchen/diner which offers plenty of space for entertaining and a door opening to the cosy lounge area where you can enjoy the views of the harbour or have a relaxing evening watching the TV or DVD. The kitchen has been fitted with everything you should need throughout your stay including an oven halogen hob fridge freezer washing machine kettle toaster and microwave. Once prepared dine at the large table nearby that seats eight. From the kitchen a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor where the first two bedrooms are located.
