Minutes from the property and you are in the picturesque seaside town of Brixham. The town is renowned for its sloping cobbled streets and traditional seaside shops which creates a laid back atmosphere alongside the bustling harbour offering all the ingredients for a classic English seaside holiday. Head out and explore the rest of the English Riviera where you can visit an abundance of sandy beaches or take the foot ferry to Torquay. Other activities include golf walking and cycling. Other attractions include Kent s Cavern Paignton Zoo Living Coasts Quay West Plymouth and Exeter. The cottage is on a private elevated pedestrian terrace that provides spectacular views of Brixham harbour and the whole of Torbay. The property s front patio provides the perfect place to sit relax and enjoy a drink or meal whilst taking in the beauty of the bay. On arrival either take the steps up from the road or the sloping path down from above. On entering this lovely three storey property you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/diner with Smart TV with DVD and Wi-Fi. Leading off the lounge area is the kitchen with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Great for budding cooks who wish to bring back a local catch from the harbour front. Heading on through the kitchen you will find a cosy rear enclosed patio area with cafe furniture. Following on up the first staircase you will find two bedrooms one beautiful double which boasts lovely views across the harbour and a twin bunk bedroom. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC is also on this floor. Heading up the steep and narrow staircase to the top floor one finds a delightful large twin bedroom which has the most amazing sea views and a second TV/DVD. Heading outside via the front door you will find a small patio area with furniture. Roadside parking is available to the front and rear of the property subject to availability alternatively there are long stay car parks located nearby and a parking permit can be purchased from the local council.
