Ideally located at the heart of Brixham s bustling harbour this property is just steps away from the many cafes shops restaurants and galleries. In the harbour itself boat trips offer fun days out for the whole family while the lively fish market is perfect for stocking up for your stay. Take to the nearby coastal path for wonderful walks and breath-taking scenery or discover wildlife and history at Berry Head Nature Reserve. On the entrance level to this property a lounge with leather sofa armchairs and Smart TV above a feature fireplace offers magnificent harbour views framed by a large bay window. Step through the charming oak door to find a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Downstairs on the lower ground floor the kitchen has been designed to make the most of the wonderful light and view even when preparing meals. This deep room contains a halogen hob electric oven integrated microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge and freezer. Using a range of Portmeirion Coast crockery dine with a view at the round table positioned beside glass patio doors. On the first floor a double bedroom features a beamed ceiling built-in storage occasional chair TV and harbour views. Next door there is a family bathroom with shower WC and wash basin. The attic level accessed via steep winding stairs is a large room with twin beds panoramic harbour views a Smart TV chest of drawers and charming under-eaves wardrobe. Step outside from the kitchen and onto a south-facing patio. Overlooking the harbour this is a superb place to dine al fresco in the summer months. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks.
