Located just a five-minute walk from Brixham town centre this property is well positioned to make the most of the nearby cafes shops and seafood restaurants. Walk a little further to reach the harbour where you can jump aboard fishing trips or take a tour of the local coastline. The coastal path is within easy reach and promises fantastic walks and spectacular scenery at every step. Leave your shoes and coats in the porch before continuing through to the inviting open-plan living room. After a long day on foot relax on the comfortable twin sofas or armchair beside the feature fireplace and make the most of the TV DVD or CD player on offer. At the other end of this room there is a shaker-style dining table seating four. Prepare meals in the stunning fitted kitchen which boasts a coastal inspired slate floor exposed brickwork and vintage pendant lighting. Here you will find a gas range oven large fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher microwave kettle and toaster. Also downstairs is a WC with wash basin. There are two well-appointed bedrooms one double and one twin each offering plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath wash basin and WC. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging..
