About Whitstable Holiday Cottage

This cottage is located just a stone s throw from the beach in the pretty town of Whitstable on the East Kent coast. The town is particularly popular with keen foodies who love the fact that the town offers a huge range of restaurants gastropubs delis and bistros many of which specialise in local seafood including the oysters for which the town is famed. The range of shops here is also very different to those we are used to seeing on the high street making it perfect for an afternoon of browsing. Other places of interest in the area include the seafront fort at Reculver Canterbury Cathedral the safari park at Port Lympne and the Turner Gallery in Margate. Stepping inside this attractive cottage guests will come directly to the open-plan lounge/diner with the lounge area occupying the front half of the room offering comfortable seating a feature fireplace TV/DVD and a CD player. The stairs are in the middle of the room acting as a natural divide between the lounge and the dining area with its table seating four. A doorway from the dining room leads into the galley-style kitchen which is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge and washing machine. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor which offers a bath and WC. The bedrooms meanwhile can be found on the first floor the first of which is a pleasant double room whilst the other is a pretty twin room. In addition to this there is a nursery which is furnished with a cot and also has a range of toys suitable for toddler-aged children. To the rear of the property there is a patio garden which is accessed through the kitchen and has garden furniture for guests to relax on. There are public car parks and roadside parking available locally.
