Located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Chipping in the Ribble Valley. Less than a five minute drive away you reach the Trough of Bowland within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you can explore the wonders that this area has to offer from hiking up a mountain or just exploring the Roman Museum at Ribchester. You can try your hand at fishing for salmon and trout in the local river access is through the private fields directly from the barn just obtain a permit. Situated within six miles of Clitheroe and five from Garstang where you have a variety of pubs restaurants and shops to explore and within easy access of the vibrant town of Preston. Enter the barn into a lovely light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with windows looking out across the surrounding fields and woodland the kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave washing machine dishwasher and fridge/freezer the dining table has seating for six and it is adjacent to the kitchen area. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with TV and wood burner making this a wonderful area to relax in or just snuggle up and watch TV or a DVD. Leading from the lounge you can access a separate shower room and WC. Leaving the ground floor you then access the split-level staircase which leads onto the master king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom and WC. The twin bedroom is accessed from the opposite side of the staircase with en-suite shower room and WC the bedrooms are both enhanced by the original A-Frame construction the wooden beams are a feature of the property and the barn benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Outside of the property you have a large patio area with bench seating a table and chairs and BBQ ideal for warm summer days there is also bike storage available in the piggery. Guests are welcome to take a stroll through the fields and enjoy the country air. There is off-road parking for four cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 shower room, 1 en suite bathroom and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
