This well-presented holiday property lies within a managed site of lovely static caravans in the striking Northumberland countryside. There s an on-site reception area with bar on-site with further amenities available in the nearby village including an artisan bakery restaurant and a handful of shops. Just two-minutes down the lane is a friendly animal park which makes for a great family visit while there s also an abundance of local wildlife right on the doorstep. You ll see red squirrels roe deer and a variety of beautiful birdlife. For days out famous Alnwick Castle and Gardens are 10 miles north while the beautiful golden beaches of Warkworth Amble Alnmouth Druridge Bay and Cresswell are all within 20-minutes drive by car. Enter the property into the fully-equipped kitchen with its range-style hob and oven fridge/freezer and a microwave. You ll also find a washing machine and a cleverly concealed pull-out ironing board as well as a dining area with ample seating for four guests. Walking through to the cosy lounge you ll be able to kick back and relax on the sofa and armchairs in front of the TV or perhaps while watching a DVD. There are also plenty of games and books to keep the whole family entertained during your stay. There is also a radio with speakers throughout the accommodation. Stepping through the French doors from the lounge area you ll find yourself on a decking area. Here you can unwind and take in the country air and spot the wildlife while relaxing on the provided garden furniture. You can even have some fun with the lighting which can be altered to suit your requirements. From here steps lead down to a partially screened patio area which is accessed via a gate. This is where you ll find the hot tub which has seating for four and is checked daily. There s also more Rattan-style furniture offering you plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. Private off-road parking is available for one car at the rear of the property while additional car parking is available just 100 metres away at the reception/bar area.
