About Brixham Holiday Cottage

This property enjoys a quiet residential location and yet is an easy walk from Brixham town centre with its pubs restaurants and shops. Many visitors like to take the opportunity to take to the water whilst staying in the region perhaps joining an accompanied fishing trip relaxing on a tour of the bay or taking the ferry across to Torquay for a day trip or night out. There are several beaches within easy reach of the town centre as well as some beautiful coastal walks on the South West Coast Path which stretches along the coast towards Paignton to the north and St Mary s Bay to the east. The ground floor of this property is home to kitchen/diner which offers a good range of equipment including an oven hob fridge/freezer and microwave. A separate cloakroom just next to the kitchen houses the washing machine and a WC as well as an iron and ironing board. The dining area of this space has a patio door which opens onto the garden making it easy to take drinks to be enjoyed outside. Steep winding stairs lead to the first floor where the lounge is located: a fantastic light and airy room with a comfortable sofa TV and DVD. Accessed by another set of winding steep stairs the bedroom can be found on the second-floor which has a double bed built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a pretty split-level patioed garden with table and chairs and an attractive range of potted plants. The owners have thoughtfully provided a parking permit which allows guests to park in the nearby Church car park. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. Shower room with walk in shower and WC. TV and DVD. Wi Fi included. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Electric and heating included. Bed linen and towels included. 1 dog small welcome. Parking permit for nearby Church car park provided (There are restrictions with the parking permit on Sundays). Beach, pub, and shops all within walking distance. Steep winding stairs. Arrival 3pm. Please note this property is centrally located and can be subject to some noise. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars..
