Located in an elevated position on the Berryhead side of Brixham this property is within easy reach of the coastal path and Nature reserve of Berryhead where you will find the remains of the Napoleonic fort and maybe catch a glimpse of passing porpoises or dolphins. Connecting Brixham with Fishcombe Cove and Churston the path offers breath-taking scenery at every step. Though the property itself enjoys a peaceful residential location the bustling Brixham harbour is only a short scenic walk away. Here you will find a range of boating and fishing trips for exploring the local coastline together with a good selection of eateries for sampling Brixham s famous fish menus. Offering plenty of space both inside and out this property has been tastefully and lovingly presented. The master king-size bedroom is a stunning room with French doors opening onto a rear balcony an en-suite shower room and plenty of built-in storage space. Steep steps to the side of the house lead up to a magnificent high-level decked area furnished with seating and wonderful views over the house to the bay beyond. Need to know: Please note this property is accessed via a very steep driveway with 19 steps to the front terrace. Therefore the property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
