To explore more of this stunning area hop on the family friendly Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway and explore the coastline between Dungeness and New Romney or wander around the historic town of Rye with its medieval buildings and cobbled streets. Enter via the front door into a small hallway where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes buckets and spades. To the left of the hall is a spacious lounge with large comfy sofa Smart TV and Blu-ray. French doors lead out onto the fully enclosed garden. To the right of the hallway is the dining area with a DAB radio with Bluetooth and a CD a dining table six chairs and a trunk style bench that also contains family board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob DAB radio dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine. There is also a downstairs WC. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms the master bedroom has a king-size four poster bed with en-suite shower and WC the super-king zip-and-link bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) and there is a fantastic children s bunk bedroom with an additional single bed that are made in the style of a log cabin. Finally there is a cosy single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. French doors open from the lounge out to a fully enclosed garden with a table and chairs and a fire pit/BBQ. Inside the garage there is storage for cycles a table tennis table and dartboard perfect for keeping the family entertained.
