This beautiful property is set in a perfect location to explore County Durham. Ideally located next to a golf complex perfect for golfers and lovers of the great outdoors. Venturing further afield just a few miles away there are castles and historic homes to explore such as Crook Hall and Gardens with its medieval hall Jacobean drawing room two walled gardens and a maze to lose yourself in Barnard Castle with its spectacular fortress to conquer and Raby Castle with a 200-acre deer park perfect for a family picnic. With so much to see and do you will want to come back time and time again. A warm welcome awaits as you enter the property through the double doors into the dining room a large dining table provides the perfect place to enjoy a family meal together from here a door leads into the snug with Smart TV PlayStation and plenty of board games to challenge family and friends or you can simply relax on the sofas and enjoy a good book. Off to the left a doorway takes you into the fabulous large kitchen/diner with range electric oven and gas hob dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer microwave and table and chairs for breakfast and a staircase leads to the first floor. Off the kitchen/diner is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Also off the kitchen/diner is an inner hallway with a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A further lounge can be found leading off the games room with large comfy sofa chairs and a wood burner to cosy up in front of and enjoy a good film on the TV. The staircase leads to a hallway with three lovely bedrooms the first is a double which has a wonderful covered veranda to enjoy an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of coffee a fine way to start or end the day.
