For a great day out Killerton House Bicton Gardens and Powderham Castle are all well worth visiting. The cathedral city of Exeter combines high street shopping with places of interest such as the Roman wall the ancient cathedral and the quay area. Additionally 20 mins drive away is the River Exe Estuary at Topsham and Lympstone with many attractive pubs and restaurants.
