For those who wish to venture further afield the nearby towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill make for a great day out or visit one of the many local attractions such as Drusillas Zoo Pevensey Castle or The Science Observatory at Herstmonceux. A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into this house and guides you through to the lounge/diner. With an open fire a sofa and two armchairs this is a stylish and cosy room a great place to relax and enjoy a book or watch a film on the Smart TV. The dining area offers a perfect place for family dining and on hot sunny days throw open the French doors at the front of the property to enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach. The bathroom has a shower over roll top bath and WC. Further steep turned stairs lead up to the second floor which houses the master suite a king-size bedroom with fantastic sea views along the coastline and a en-suite bathroom with slipper bath and WC. This spectacular property has a private beach at the front of the house boasting a private beach hut and direct access onto the shingle beach. At the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with a hot tub and a decked area for enjoying BBQ meals at the patio table and chairs. There is private parking for two cars.
