This property is located to the western side of Brixham town centre just one road back from the seafront and within easy walking distance to the town s beaches including Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Beach with its tidal pool. The National Nature Reserve at Berryhead is a short walk from the property where visitors can enjoy stunning walks along the South West Coast Path perhaps stopping on the way for a drink at the popular cafe which is housed inside a Napoleonic-era fort. Brixham certainly offers something for everyone with a ferry service to Torquay Paignton or Dartmouth and a host of tourist attractions to suit all ages. The front door of this property opens into a welcoming hall with hanging space for coats and additional storage unit. Continuing through to the living area they will find the contemporary kitchen area to the right with the dining table just to the left. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything that guests will need including an oven hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washing machine. Continuing through the open-plan space past the stairs guests come to the spacious lounge area with its two sofas TV and Blu-ray player. The real draw of this room are the large windows and patio doors which afford views across a community garden to the sea and open out onto the spacious balcony. The stairs which lie between the dining and lounge areas lead to the bedrooms on the first floor. The first of these is an attractive double room which benefits from its own TV and iPod dock whilst the remaining two bedrooms are a twin and single. The bathroom also on the first floor offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there is a modest front garden with bench seating whilst to the rear of the property off the lounge area is a spacious balcony with table and chairs which makes a great space to sit and enjoy the views out to sea.
