This property is quietly situated in the centre of an area of outstanding natural beauty within the conservation village of Shipton-under-Wychwood with lovely pubs shops restaurants and tea rooms all within easy reach. The village itself hosts a 13th century church facing the green boarding charming Cotswolds cottages. An abundance of footpaths and cycle ways sit right on the doorstep presenting incredible points of interests such as Wychwood Wild Garden offering a tranquil sanctuary for wildlife with 12 acres of woods and ponds. Burford Stow-on-the-Wold Chipping Norton Stratford-Upon-Avon and Cheltenham Spa and Oxford are all within reasonably easy reach. Unwind in the spacious lounge with it charming exposed beams and attractive furnishings where you can snuggle up on the sofa with a glass of wine and look out of the patio doors over the beautiful cottage garden. If you choose to stay in and cook dinner through the double doors you will find a well-equipped kitchen/ dining room including an electric oven with hob microwave washing machine fridge/freezer and table with chairs for two. Walking down the hall you will find a twin bedroom and a shower room with large shower wash basin and WC. Walking through the large patio doors in the lounge you will find a delightful cottage garden full of colourful flowers and wildlife with a terrace BBQ and furniture so you can sit back and enjoy the sunset while taking in the scenery on a warm evening.
