About Seahouses Holiday House

This property is ideally situated in Seahouses just one street behind the harbour front. The shops restaurants and pubs in the village are all just a short walk away making it a perfect spot to enjoy stunning views while also having plenty to do. The Farne Islands including the Holy Island of Lindisfarne are also just a short boat trip away from the harbour. Sports enthusiasts could make use of the local golf course a visit to the local the leisure complex featuring a 20-metre swimming pool spa sauna and fitness suite. The nearby Bamburgh Castle visible from the property s balcony is just one of the many walking and cycling routes to be found in the local area. This inverted level property has accommodation for five guests across its three floors. The ground floor comprises of a main entrance and utility room with ample space and a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor contains a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC as well as another double and one further single. There is one family bathroom with a large bath and hand-held shower over the bath. On the second floor there is a large open plan lounge complete with large sofa coffee table and TV. The dining area contains an oak table with five seats and finally there is a fully fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Free WiFi is also freely available throughout the property. The second floor also contains French windows leading out to a balcony with garden furniture. The balcony showcases stunning views up and down the coast to the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle. Off-road covered parking for one car is provided via a carport off the main courtyard. Any other cars must b e parked on the street or in the main car park in the village. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles (one with ensuite shower room) and 1 single. 1 bathroom with shower over the bath with WC. Fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave. Utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi Fi included. Central heating and electric heating.
