Also Derwent Valley with a picturesque series of dams and reservoirs where the dam busters trained. In the immediate vicinity of Moorfield are the hills valleys and streams that make up The Peak District National Park. The Pennine Way is also within two miles and the peaks of Kinder Scout and Bleaklow are within easy reach.
