Conveniently located on the A28 close to a popular pub guests can sample some great food at the end of a long walk through the East Sussex countryside. In this High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there are plenty of charming villages to be discovered surrounded by miles of open countryside for keen walkers. Just a short drive from the cottage is Great Dixter House and Gardens and the Kent & East Sussex Railway where you can hop on a steam train to the market town of Tenterden. The coast is also within easy reach where guests can find both sandy and pebbled beaches lined with bustling seaside towns and villages. The front door leads into a light and airy hallway where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats and guides you into the contemporary well-equipped kitchen perfect for creating wonderful family meals. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave wine fridge TV and a breakfast bar with stools perfect for enjoying a morning coffee with the newspapers. The comfy lounge has views over the garden through the French doors and is the perfect place for curling up in the evening on one of the sofas whilst enjoying a film on the Smart TV/DVD. The dining room offers a more formal entertaining space and caters for eight at the dining table. There is also a utility room with a washing machine separate WC and a study on this floor. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where there is a large hallway with a sofa the ideal spot for curling up with a good book and three bedrooms. There are two king-size both with en-suite shower rooms and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bath with hand-held shower and WC. Outside a fully enclosed garden acts as a peaceful sun trap in which to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or BBQ at the patio table and chairs.
