Set in the charming Sussex village of Staplecross this property is just a short stroll from the local shop and pub. Beyond the village the market town of Rye is well worth a visit with its selection of independent shops and cafes while the nearby vineyards make for a great day out. The picture perfect Bodiam Castle is just a short drive and why not enjoy a trip on the Kent & Sussex Steam Railway to Tenterden another pretty market town. For beach lovers the fantastic Kent and East Sussex coastline is close by and for those looking to explore the local countryside there are a number of easily accessible footpaths. Enter this charming cottage into a small hallway where there is space for dropping off coats and boots. The cosy lounge features comfortable seating perfect for cosying up in front of the wood burner or the Smart TV on a chilly evening. The kitchen is contemporary and well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine dishwasher coffee machine and DAB radio. A door leads from the kitchen into the small conservatory where there is a dining table and four chairs and access to the decked garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms one king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and wood burner and one single bedroom with an additional single pull out bed (made up on request). The shower room has a shower and WC. Outside the decked garden is fully enclosed and offers a choice of two terraces to sit on with a table and chairs for enjoying an al fresco meal. There are steep steps leading to the upper terrace. Parking is unrestricted opposite the property
