This property is situated in the Fishcombe Cove area of Brixham lying to the north of the town centre. The town is a pleasant short coastal walk from the property and offers a range of pubs shops and eateries as well as the busy harbour. However the real draw of this property is that it lies in a more secluded part of town with quieter beaches one of which is within walking distance from the property s front door. Also on offer in the summer months is the delightful onsite heated indoor swimming pool for all the family to enjoy. Keen walkers will also love that there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property. Inside this delightful chalet has been tastefully furnished and fitted with cool coastal tones and plenty of natural light throughout. In the inviting kitchen you will find an electric oven and induction hob microwave and fridge together with a table and chairs for enjoying family meals together. After your meals settle in for the night in the cosy lounge area beyond where there is a corner sofa a coffee table TV/DVD and radio. This property offers two bedrooms one double with TV and access onto the rear decking area and one triple bunk room (double on the bottom and a single on the top) each with plenty of storage and natural light. In the contemporary shower room there is a shower and WC. Enjoy al fresco meals around the table and chairs in the garden which overlook a grassed area. Another larger grassed area beyond provides a perfect space for children to play in and make the most of the fresh air. There is also allocated parking for one car available.
