This delightful cottage nestles just behind the pretty town square in what is known as the friendliest port of Amble on the beautiful Northumberland coast. Within walking distance are the working harbour marina Little Shore beach the pier and a range of fantastic retail pods with a variety of lovely products. Amble offers a choice of excellent restaurants a fish and chip shop and a locally renowned ice cream parlour. Amble is also a great base from which to explore the whole region and see all the famous Northumberland attractions including Warkworth and its castle Coquet Island Lindisfarne the Farne Islands Alnwick Castle Alnwick Garden and numerous lovely villages including Bamburgh Beadnell and Seahouses. On entering this delightful and cosy cottage you will find yourself in the charming and welcoming open-plan lounge/diner. Tastefully furnished with comfy seating flame effect gas fire attractive wood flooring SkyTV DVD and CD/radio the light and airy lounge is an ideal space to unwind in after a wonderful day exploring the area. You will also find a charming dining area with seating for four a large bookcase with plenty of books to read and shelving with a range of DVDs for all the family. The attractively designed kitchen offers views across the square to the marina and to Warkworth Castle beyond. You will find the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer electric double oven and gas hob microwave toaster washing machine and a breakfast table with seating for four guests. Heading upstairs you will find two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom which is complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. A rear stable style door leads from the kitchen out to the rear patio/yard with a park bench style seat as well as a small table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views across the square. Parking is available either on the street in front of the cottage or in the nearby free-stay car park on Turner Street.
