This contemporary house is set in a small mews style courtyard in the centre of Fordingbridge. A pretty waterside town that has a good selection of pubs shops and cafes some of which overlook the river providing the perfect spot for lazy afternoons. Located on the western edge of the New Forest National Park endless walking and cycling routes can be found close by making the most of the stunning landscape that this area is renowned for. For retail therapy take a trip to nearby Ringwood or head south to the coast where you can find stretches of sandy beach at Bournemouth and Mudeford. Set close to the Dorset border this property is ideally placed for touring. A short path leads you to the front door which opens into a welcoming hallway with separate WC. Immediately to your left is a bright and airy lounge which has eclectic styling and Smart TV. The cheerful colours and warm wood furniture are sure to make you feel right at home. Immediately opposite is a spacious kitchen/diner overlooking the garden. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Heading upstairs you will find a single bedroom (with additional pull-out bed available on request) and a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Opposite is a bathroom with a handheld shower attachment over the bath and WC. Heading outside from the dining area via a single door you will find a pretty enclosed garden with seating areas and paving. This tranquil spot is the ideal place for some rest and relaxation. To the side of the property is an allocated parking space for one car.
