Centrally located in the quaint coastal village of Instow boasting a beautiful stretch of sandy beach along with a selection of small shops. Take the seasonal passenger ferry across to the historic fishing village of Appledore or venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon has to offer including a range of surfing beaches Tapeley Park The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court Dartington Crystal The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. The famous Tarka Trail just on the doorstep is perfect for walkers and cyclists and follows the estuary towards Braunton. Enter into your holiday accommodation which adjoins the owners property via a side gateway. Step into the utility area which is an ideal area for sandy shoes coats and pets. Underfloor heating throughout the property ensures it s always comfortably warm. A step up leads you into the stylish kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge.
