Located within walking distance of Talland beach and the fishing village of Polperro with its quay and harbour please note the return journey is very steep however a short taxi ride is usually available. This picturesque fishing village has colourful narrow streets and offers several traditional pubs and restaurants to try. From the quay take a speed boat trip or try a mackerel fishing charter. Watergate bay on the North Coast is just a 45 minute drive providing a great day out for those avid surfers.The beach at Talland Bay is great for children with a mix of sand and rock pools and a cafe serving refreshments. Nearby is the town of Looe with its long sandy beach gift shops inns and bistros. Other attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary Adrenalin Quarry and go karting. On arrival enter into the spacious hallway the perfect place to drop off your coats and boots. Doors from the hallway lead to the kitchen and the lounge/dining area. The light and airy lounge/dining area has stylish furnishings TV/DVD and french doors which lead out to the garden this relaxed room forms the central hub of the property and is the perfect place to gather around the dining table for that lazy breakfast or evening meal. The kitchen has everything you require for your holiday home cooking requirements well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a handy downstairs WC. From the hallway stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find the bedrooms there is a double where you can enjoy a blissful night s sleep and distant sea views with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. A twin room which is perfect for adults or children alike and finally a single bedroom again with distant sea views and additional pull-out single bed.
