Originally a Victorian fishing village Old Hunstanton is today a sought after coastal village with beautiful sandy beach highly regarded as one of the cleanest and safest in the UK with scenic dunes and cliffs and only a mile from the livelier seaside resort of Hunstanton. The area is popular with families dog walkers and kite-surfers throughout the year and is fantastic fun to explore on two wheels or for a more leisurely getaway with its big blue skies there s always a gentle walk on the beach or promenade. Family days out away from the beach are also in abundance with Snettisham Park and slightly further BeWILDerwood high on many lists while nature lovers are spoilt with two nature reserves. When entering the house guests will find handy storage cupboards for coats and shoes before entering the delightful lounge which enjoys full height ceilings with galleried landing and large feature windows which flood the room with light. Relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the log burning fire and watch the TV or a movie on the DVD player. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required to cook up a culinary delight and includes a gas oven and hob microwave fridge and dishwasher as well as a breakfast table. Venturing outside there is an enclosed rear garden with raised planted beds and patio areas to enjoy. Garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ offer the chance to spend some time alfresco dining or enjoy a morning coffee and paper. At the bottom of the garden is a summerhouse providing a great spot for a quiet read. There is off-road parking for three cars and conveniently there is an outside tap for washing down sandy boots or paws.
