About Appledore Holiday House

Conveniently located you will be within walking distance of a wealth of popular village pubs shops the maritime museum and pretty quayside. Venture further afield and explore the whole of North Devon including the expansive golden sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Croyde and Woolacombe. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy exploring pretty Clovelly the coastal footpath Tarka Trail or even a game of golf on the nearby course. The area also offers a number of attractions to suit all tastes such as Tapeley Park The Big Sheep The Milky Way Bideford with its pannier and open air markets Lundy Island RHS Rosemoor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Stepping into the beautifully appointed property immediately bearing left you will find yourself the lovely country style kitchen. Here you will find everything that you need to create a home cooked meal and clean up after including a gas range oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Heading back out and further into the cottage you will then discover the spacious light and airy lounge/diner with a large dining table. Venturing up the cottage style stairs and on to the first floor you will find the pretty bedrooms and these comprise of two doubles and a bunk bedroom (which is suitable for children and most adults). A stunning bathroom completes the offering and this boasts a bath separate shower WC and enjoys sea glimpses from the shower. The property itself doesn t offer outside space but a short strolls takes you to a public children s play area and pretty quayside with seating. There is public parking close by (a weekly permit can be purchased) or free roadside parking subject to availability.
