Outside there are two acres of grounds to explore with an enclosed area maze-like paths through the gorse leading up to the highest point with panoramic views over the golf course bay and out to sea. Relax on the outdoor seating enjoy a BBQ play games on the lawn or join the coastal path from the gate. There is ample private parking for seven cars. There is an outside warm water shower and if you are bringing your bike or canoe with you there is a lockable store near to the house.
