About Eastbourne Holiday Apartment

This property is located to the western side of the seaside town of Eastbourne with a good range of local shop pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. The beach on this side of town is the quiet and laid-back Holywell Beach which is backed by cliffs at one end and by pretty gardens at the other. There is a tea chalet in the gardens perfect for taking a break from the sun and enjoying lunch or drinks. For traditional seaside fun follow the esplanade into town where the main beach has a good range of facilities including beach hut hire parasol hire food outlets a beach shop and lifeguard patrol from May to September. Go down the path to the front door of this lower-ground floor apartment then through the front door leading into a small hall which opens into the galley-style kitchen. This contemporary space is well-equipped with everything that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge/diner located off the kitchen is a spacious colourful room with a feature fireplace and large bay window which gives the room a lovely bright feel. A dining table seating four is positioned in the window whilst the two futon sofas provide a comfortable place to relax as well as being convertible into beds accommodating an extra guest each. There is also a TV/DVD here for guests to enjoy. The property s bedroom is a relaxing double room with plenty of storage space (and there is an additional study room which has a piano and is an ideal space for setting up a cot delete). The sleek bathroom meanwhile offers a shower over bath and WC. There is a large decked area to the front of the property with garden furniture which guests can use for al fresco dining and guests staying at this property also have access to the large communal gardens which are situated in front of the property and provide plenty of space to relax on the sea-view lawns. There is some limited private parking in front of the apartment which is offered on a first-come first-served basis whilst there is plenty of unrestricted roadside parking nearby.
