Just moments from the bustling harbour of Brixham you ll be at the heart of this wonderful town perfectly placed to enjoy all that it has to offer. From the plethora of shops restaurants and galleries to the quaint harbourside with its selection of places to purchase freshly caught fish you ll be spoilt for choice. If you plan to venture out of the town but don t fancy driving you re ideally located to wander the coast path to discover some lovely little coves or you can travel by boat to one of the neighbouring coastal resorts such as Paignton or Torquay. Step inside the entrance hall which leads into the utility room where a washing machine and tumble drier are located. Upstairs on the first floor there are two stylish bedrooms. Once prepared enjoy your meals at the stylish table and chairs beyond before retreating to the lounge area to make the most of the TV comfortable corner sofa and view of the Prince William statue through the French-style window. Outside there is a communal enclosed courtyard with bench seating perfect for an al fresco drink in the evenings. The property has a garage for a small car or storage of bicycles kayaks or other sporting equipment.
