This property is located to the east of Eastbourne town centre within the town s Sovereign Harbour development. The seafront is just a few moments away with the wide shingle beach which stretches all the way up to the town s main beach some two miles along the esplanade. Sovereign Harbour is a popular leisure complex offering a number of restaurants bars and a cinema making it an excellent choice for those who like to eat out whilst on holiday. In the main town centre visitors will find a large choice of shops as well as the town s Victorian harbour which was painstakingly restored after a fire in 2014. Other attractions nearby include the South Downs Beachy Head and a lifeboat museum.
