Attractions in the area include the Eden Project Pendennis and St Mawes Castles National Maritime Museum and many highly-acclaimed gardens like the Trebah and Glendurgan which are within walking distance. Upon arrival you be greeted by large entrance hallway providing ample storage for your holiday kit from walking boots and wellingtons to sun hats and sandals. From the hallway step into the wonderfully spacious kitchen this light and airy room has fabulous views across the garden and creek. The absolute perfect place to gather for that pre-meal chitchat and a delight for the chefs amongst you. The kitchen area comprises of a range oven and hob also a built-in electric oven/combination microwave electric hob fridge and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen is the sun lounge with seating fabulous views and doors accessing the gardens. As an added bonus there is a utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer and extra fridge/freezer. Just off from the hallway is the lounge and the dining room. The lounge traditionally styled with high ceilings and intricate cornices again benefiting from the far reaching fine views with French doors that access the decking and gardens. The dining room with quality furnishings again overlooking the estuary is a perfect place to gather for that family celebration and seats ten. The ground floor of this property also accommodates bedroom one a king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A separate ground floor shower room with shower and WC is also located just off the hallway. A central staircase leads to the first floor and the bedroom areas. Bedroom two the master bedroom comprises of a king-size with a walk-in wardrobe and stunning views overlooking Port Navis with an en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Here one has the facility also to recover your boat and moor with an outhaul mooring and slipway (please note this is a tidal creek with usable water depth 3 hours either side of high water.
