Situated on the banks of the lake this property offers many activities including sailing and fishing as well as lovely walks and cycle routes and is a haven for flora and fauna. There is a small shop and cafe on the lake as well as a steam railway a sailing club which offers courses for all abilities and a hotel with a bar and restaurant. Close by the town of Leek boasts antique shops pubs serving real ale restaurants and a local park. Nearby Tatton Park is a beautiful historic estate with manor house landscaped gardens parkland shops and a restaurant. Alton Towers and the beautiful Peak District National Park are just a short drive away. Step inside the impressive full height hallway which leads to the comfortable lounge with sofas to relax and watch the TV and patio doors open out onto the terrace with views of the lake through the treetops. The property offers four bedrooms one super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twin on request) with Juliet balcony and en-suite spa bath with hand-held shower and WC. One king-size one twin and one ground floor king-size. There is a shower room with WC and a separate ground floor WC available. Outside is a raised decked area which is perfect for entertaining with a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture for lazy summer evenings. There are three acres of grounds to explore with several paths which lead down to the lake through the mature gardens landing at the lakes edge. There is ample off-road parking available. To the side of the property leading out onto the decked area is a conservatory that lends itself to a games room and houses the football table perfect for those sociable fun evenings.
