This property is located in a pleasant area of Eastbourne within an easy five-minute walk of the seafront. Almost directly opposite the property visitors will find Princes Park a wonderful place to spend an afternoon wandering the formal gardens having fun on the boating lake and playing in the children s play areas and seasonal splash pad. Next to the park is a fantastic water sports centre which offers instruction in a number of activities including windsurfing powerboating and stand-up paddle boarding. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway the town s Victorian pier and the South Downs National Park. Upon arrival at this property guests will first come to the attractive light-filled lounge. This room has maintained some of the period details of the cottage including the bay window and the original tiled fireplace.
