This coastal property is located a ten-minute walk to the north of Brixham town centre following the South West coastal path whilst taking in the fantastic views just 150 yards from the quiet beach at Fishcombe Cove and next to the town s Battery Park. The town is well-known for its thriving fishing industry and proud maritime history which guests can learn more about with a fascinating afternoon spent exploring the life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake s ship The Golden Hind. Take a boat trip across the bay to Torquay or Paignton a lovely family-friendly seaside town with a steam railway and even a zoo. A gate opens onto the furnished decked veranda to the front of this chalet-style property and on to the front door. Guests enter into the beautifully decorated main living area an open-plan and well-presented space comprising a light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has two sofas making for an inviting place for guests to sit back and relax in front of the TV DVD and the cosy electric fire. The dining table sits between the lounge and kitchen area which runs along one side of the room and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge and freezer. A hallway leads to the property s two bedrooms: a double room which has patio doors opening onto the rear decked terrace for al fresco dining and a homely twin. The shower room meanwhile offers a walk-in shower and WC. Directly outside the property there are two decked verandas with garden furniture to both the front and rear of the chalet whilst there is plenty more outdoor space in the holiday park itself with communal grounds for children to play. There are number of on-site facilities which guests have access to which include a heated indoor pool an outdoor toddler s paddling pool which is open during the summer months only a clubhouse with bar and seasonal entertainment and shop. There are two allocated parking spaces right in front of the property.
